Order return

To start your return, please enter the order number provided to you at the time of purchase and in your confirmation email, and the email address you provided during your purchase.

Common Return Questions

What is the return policy?

  • Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment
  • In original condition with original packaging and cables
  • Purchased from our website (if you purchased from another store, you'll need to process your return there!)


What items are non-refundable?

  • GNARBOX units that have been purchased from unauthorized resellers (ie: Ebay, Craigslist, etc)
  • GNARBOX units that have been purchased from an authorized 3rd party seller (ie: B&H Photo Video, Amazon, etc).  If you purchased from a 3rd party seller you need to go through their return policy.


Are there any charges for return?

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • You are responsible for return shipping charges


How do I return?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click 'Start a Return'
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • Once your return is approved by our team, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
  • Make sure to insure your package for the full value of the GNARBOX (128gb for $299 or 256gb for $399).  We are not responsible for packages lost in the mail.


How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and issued through your original method of payment within 10 business days.
